This project involved extending the rear existing living area to accommodate a stainless steel commercial kitchen and spacious dining and living areas. Both avid swimmers, our clients envisioned an indoor lap pool down the length of their backyard that would be visible from the large glass sliding doors and windows in their living space. That’s exactly what they got!

The renovation showcases the 20 metre long, indoor lap pool. A highlight was the exposed aggregate concrete flooring throughout with under floor heating. An amazing 25mm thick German made Permarock trowel finish to the ceiling with exposed galvanised beams, which in turn uphold the structure integrity of the Louvre windows in the sub ceiling, allowing a constant flow of fresh air.

Utilising their large Hampton block, our clients also wanted a fresh look carport built to match their existing home facade and a mini golf putting green in the rear corner of the yard. A large mod wood deck beautifully surrounds the extension and envelopes the brilliant existing liquidambar tree.

All of these exquisite features visible, whether you’re relaxing with a drink in the living area or having a swim in the pool.
