Authorised Builders

The Builderlink panel has hand selected a number of builders. Who are diverse, reputable, qualified and fully insured.

These builders must conform to Builderlink’s standards regarding reliability, account management, quality, financial stability, customer service and contract management. All builders are required to be registered with the Building Practitioners Board as well as carry membership to either the MBAV or the HIA.

Builderlink is seen as a “building project bank” which provides fully documented, specified works which are contracted correctly. It is for this reason that the preferred builders are prepared to offer a better service to Builderlink clients.

This services is funded by the builders and is provided free of charge to the client.
